Organic and Fair Trade coffees can come from all over the world but that have been most available in South and Central America until now. Sustainable farm practices and natural fertilization can and do produce coffees of excellence while maintaining sensitivity to the land. Most coffees from this category are commune coffees so individual plantation offerings are scarce.
